1. Mission — Why join Huayue?
Vietnam is one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing markets for building materials and furniture, yet most businesses still import through middlemen with no quality control at source. Huayue sits in that gap: we are not just a B2B marketplace but a real supply chain — with a procurement team living in Guangzhou who visit factories weekly, and a warehouse and customs team right inside Bao Ngoc Building, Xuan Phuong, Hanoi. At Huayue, you will not 'sit in front of a screen' coding a platform; you will visit factories, inspect containers, negotiate prices by the ton, write Packing Lists in Chinese, file VNACCS declarations as the broker of record, and meet distribution dealers across 63 provinces. Real work — real results — measured by orders delivered on time and satisfied customers.
“We do not hire people to 'join a hot startup'. We hire people to bring every order home together — on time, to spec — and to keep doing that for the next 10 years. If you like real work, clear responsibilities and measurable results, send us your CV.”
2. Huayue culture — Professional · Trustworthy · Efficient
Huayue's culture rests on three core values: Professional (every process from procurement to warehouse delivery has a clear SOP, cross-checks and written records); Trustworthy (we keep our word to factories and customers alike — never promising what we cannot deliver, never raising prices on the sly, never bypassing QC to rush an order); Efficient (cutting unnecessary steps, automating reports, using data to decide rather than gut feel). We do not enforce rigid hours — salespeople meeting clients can leave early; port brokers work afternoon shifts when containers arrive. No pointless meetings: every meeting of 4 or more people must have an agenda and minutes. The Guangzhou and Hai Phong teams meet weekly by video — Vietnamese in the morning, Chinese in the afternoon; a dedicated interpreter is on hand when needed.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
I want to apply for a Guangzhou role — do I have to already live in China, or does Huayue help with relocation?▾
Huayue helps arrange a work visa (Z-visa) and residence permit for candidates offered a Guangzhou role. There is a relocation package of VND 50-100 million (flights, moving belongings, first-month rental deposit). Requirements: HSK 5+ and having visited China at least once. Candidates with prior sourcing/QC experience in China are preferred.
I do not speak Chinese — are there suitable roles in Hai Phong?▾
Yes. Customs Broker, Warehouse Manager, Forklift Operator, Distribution Sales and B2B Marketing all do NOT require Chinese — only Vietnamese plus basic business English. Huayue funds Chinese language study (HSK 4-6) for staff who want to grow; after 1-2 years you may be transferred to a Guangzhou role.
What is the specific salary for each role?▾
Huayue sends the specific min-max salary by email when you apply, based on the Hai Phong market (for Vietnam roles) or the Guangdong market (for China roles) and your actual experience. For reference: Customs Broker VND 18-30 million + KPI bonus · Distribution Sales VND 12-20 million + 1-3% commission · Guangzhou Sourcing Manager CNY 12,000-20,000 + room and board + insurance.
I currently work for a company in the same industry — is there a conflict of interest?▾
When you accept an offer, you will sign a standard NDA covering factory/customer information. You are not barred from moving to a competitor after leaving (Huayue has no hard non-compete under Vietnamese law), but you are required to keep the supplier list and negotiated prices confidential for 12 months.
Is there an internship / fresher program?▾
Yes. We take on 4-6 interns a year for Sales/Marketing/Logistics roles in Hai Phong. The term is 3-6 months, with a salary of VND 5-8 million/month plus the chance to convert to a permanent role if it is a good fit. We recruit in March and September each year. Send your CV to hr@huayuesc.vn with a subject beginning '[Internship]'.
Does Huayue hire foreign nationals?▾
Yes for Guangzhou roles (local Chinese nationals are preferred). Hai Phong roles prioritize Vietnamese nationals because local market knowledge is required. In special cases (rare skills such as specialized bilingual interpreting), Huayue can sponsor a work permit per Ministry of Labour regulations.
