5 statuses β the order lifecycle
Every order on Huayuesc goes through 5 clear statuses, each with a timestamp plus photo/video evidence at every milestone:
- 30% T/T deposit β escrow receives the funds, the supplier receives the formal PO.
- Production β the supplier starts production, with a production plan and expected completion date.
- Inspection β the Huayuesc QC team visits the factory 1-2 days before shipment, audits the goods against the PO and spec, and sends a report plus photos/video.
- Shipping β goods are loaded onto a container/truck, with an international tracking number (for sea: Bill of Lading; for road: vehicle plate plus GPS), with real-time location updates every 6h.
- Delivered β goods arrive at the Huayuesc Huu Nghi warehouse (road) or Hai Phong/Cat Lai (sea), customs clearance is complete, and domestic transport to the buyer's warehouse follows. The buyer signs, the order closes, and escrow disburses.

Photo/video updates β see it for yourself
Huayuesc's biggest difference versus other platforms: we provide REAL photos/video at every milestone, not just status text. Specifically: Production β 5-10 photos of the line running your batch plus 2-3 production timelapse videos. Inspection β 30-50 photos plus 5-8 detailed videos (measuring dimensions, checking materials, counting quantity, checking packaging). Shipping β photos of the sealed container plus a loading video plus the CMR photo (international waybill) plus customs photos plus warehouse arrival photos. Delivered β photos of the delivery to the buyer plus the acceptance record plus a barcode scan. In total 30-80 photos plus 5-15 videos per order, stored in the cloud, downloadable by the buyer at any time.

Update notifications across multiple channels at once:

When something goes wrong β fast response
When something goes wrong (supplier delay, goods damaged in transit, customs holdups, etc.), Huayue notifies proactively within 2 hours of detection β without waiting for the buyer to ask. Each incident has a response plan: supplier delay, and Huayuesc negotiates a penalty plus expedites, proposing compensation for the buyer (discount, free shipping). Goods damaged in transit, and CIF insurance covers 100%, the supplier reships for free, and a new delivery time is communicated. Customs holdups, and the Huayue Logistics team handles it, with 24/7 support, and a new estimate is provided. The buyer has a direct point of contact at Huayue Hanoi for every order.
