- 1.Read the USER MANUAL carefully before installation โ Midea provides a bilingual Vietnamese-Chinese manual
- 2.Install through a Midea Authorized Service Center technician (call 1800-1559 in Vietnam)
- 3.Use genuine accessories โ do NOT use third-party OEM accessories (voids warranty)
- 4.Check voltage, grounding and stabilizer capacity before plugging in
- 5.Wait 24 hours after installation before powering on โ especially for refrigerators and air conditioners (to let the refrigerant settle)
- 6.Keep the invoice and warranty seal to qualify for the 2-year warranty plus 8โ10 years on the tank/compressor

Wipe with a soft cloth or microfiber towel using warm water and a mild cleaner. Do NOT spray water directly onto the power outlet or control panel.
Every 3 months: clean the filters (air conditioner, washing machine, robot vacuum) โ Midea uses one-touch removal. Filters last 6โ12 months depending on use.
Every 12 months: call a Midea Service Center to check refrigerant, clean the solar water-heater tank and calibrate refrigerator sensors. Free during the 2-year warranty.
